FAQs

How does the 150 lb resistance work?

There are five stackable pull ropes - 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lb. Clip on one or several at once to set anywhere from 10 up to 150 lb of total resistance.

What is in the full set?

The 5 pull ropes, 2 foam handles, 2 ankle straps, 1 door anchor, 1 carry bag, and 5 lighter loop bands (roughly 5-40 lb) for warm-ups and lower-body work.

What can I train with it?

Chest presses, rows, curls, shoulder presses, squats, glute work and more - most gym-machine exercises have a band equivalent.

Do I need a door anchor?

The included door anchor lets you set the bands at chest or floor height on any closed door, which opens up pressing, rowing and pull-down movements. A bar or rack also works.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Start with a single light rope, focus on control, and add ropes as you get stronger. It is a low-impact way to build strength at home.
